“Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or business using our services.
“Carrier” refers to the licensed and insured motor carrier contracted to transport your vehicle.
“Services” refers to the auto transport and related services provided by Auto Route Express.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final costs may vary depending on vehicle size, weight, location, and timing.
A booking fee or deposit may be required to schedule transport. The remaining balance is due at delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made in full before vehicle release.
Customers are responsible for:
Removing all personal items and valuables from the vehicle.
Ensuring the vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise agreed.
Securing loose parts, antennas, or accessories before pickup.
Auto Route Express and its carriers make every effort to meet pickup and delivery dates, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup and delivery are generally door-to-door; however, if access is restricted (e.g., narrow streets, low-hanging trees), arrangements will be made for the nearest safe location.
All vehicles are covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance during transport.
Coverage applies only to the exterior of the vehicle and does not extend to personal items inside.
Customers must note any pre-existing damage at pickup; claims must be reported at delivery with supporting photos.
Cancellations made before a carrier is assigned may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Once a carrier has been assigned, deposits are non-refundable.
Auto Route Express reserves the right to cancel service if the customer fails to provide accurate information.
Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
Ensure someone is available at both pickup and delivery to release and receive the vehicle.
Inspect the vehicle at both pickup and delivery and sign the Bill of Lading.
Auto Route Express acts as a broker connecting customers with licensed carriers and is not responsible for direct handling of the vehicle.
We are not liable for delays, damages caused by acts of God, or items left inside the vehicle.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Auto Route Express operates.
Auto Route Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
